Connor Oswalt

The ability to assist in the development of the new is why I chose Intellectual Property Law. I have been with IpHorgan for my entire legal career, first as a law clerk, and now as an attorney. My focus has been on trademark law, with a specific emphasis on domestic and international trademark filings, and protecting registered marks from would be infringers.

I have a Bachelor of Science, Conservation and Resource Studies from UC Berkeley. I earned my J.D. at the University Of Illinois College Of Law, where I focused my studies on Intellectual Property courses.

While attending Berkeley, I was a pitcher for the University’s varsity baseball team. When I’m not protecting my client’s IP rights, you can find me rooting on the ever disappointing Los Angeles Angels, searching for the next hole in the wall eatery, or hiking the tallest peak I can find, because, as well all know, eating a peanut butter sandwich is always better with a view.
